The Larimar stone centers on calmness, clarity, and communication, with many believing it connects to the energies of the sea and sky, the divine feminine, and the lost city of Atlantis. It is thought to be a stone of peace that helps soothe emotions, release stress, and facilitate clear, heartfelt expression by activating the throat chakra.
